Texas Federal judge, Andrew S. Hanen, has issued an order setting a hearing at 1:30 p.m. on August 27, 2014, in Federal Court Building, Courtroom 6, 600 East Harrison Street, Brownsville, Texas, for the immigration case, Taitz v. Johnson et al, Case Number: 14-cv-00119. Judge Hanen stated in his August 13, 2014, order that a decision would be issued by the court "as quickly as it can after the emergency nature of the motion.

KEYWORDS:
Dr. Orly Taitz, Attorney, is seeking, among other requests, a two-month quarantine for the treatment and prevention of disease and for the spreading of infectious diseases in the general population -- particularly in public schools.

Taitz specifies in her complaint that she is requesting an order from the court "to either turn around and deport illegal aliens caught by the border patrol" or "a written medical release, criminal record form the countries of origin, and an order by the immigration/deportation judge finding legal basis for U.S. residency, prior to release of such illegal aliens into the general population." She emphasizes the threat of 'ebola' - a potentially deadly disease which requires quarantine, drug resistant tuberculosis, scabies, measles, bacterial meningitis and other infectious diseases.

Diseases which are listed in Dr. Taitz' original complaint of July 14, 2014 -- Tuberculosis, Measles, Scabies, Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Lice, Swine Flu, Bacterial Pneumonia -- had been confirmed during the recent flow of illegal immigrants into the U.S.

Dr. Taitz is asking the court "to grant a stay of all trafficking of illegal aliens" and "stay implementation of DACA (Deferred Action on Child Arrivals)," which she describes as a magnet and an incentive for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to cross the U.S. border and violate U.S. immigration laws and U.S. sovereignty.

Announcing the upcoming hearing, Press release: Taitz v Johnson hearing scheduled for August 27. Obama, Sec of DHS and Sec of HHS to show cause, why shouldn’t the court stop their trafficking of illegal aliens all over the nation, Dr. Taitz explains her reason for the complaint which was filed in United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Brownsville, Texas.

Defendants in Taitz v. Johnson et al are Jeh Johnson, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security; Sylvia Burwell, Secretary of Health and Human Services; Barack Obama, U.S. President; U.S. Border Patrol, Rio Grande Valley Section, Brownsville Station.

The August 13, 2014, order by Judge Hanen lists recipients of notification for the August 27, 2014, hearing as: Colin Kisor, U.S. Department of Justice; Daniel David Hu, U.S. Department of Justice; and Orly Taitz.

Judge Hanen's order advises counsel that both counsel and/or witnesses should be prepared to address the following topics:

(1) The standing of the Plaintiff (either individually or as a class representative)

(2) The ability of an individual citizen, even with standing, to question executive authority over immigration matters

(3) The Defendants’ past and current efforts to secure the southern border of the United States (including the efforts to stop the influx illegal aliens, minors and adults in 2014)

(4) All aspects of the apprehension, processing and subsequent placement of the illegal minors in 2014 included specifically the recent influx from Mexico and Central America

(5) The Defendants’ efforts to comply with the Flores settlement inconjunction with the recent influx of minors

(6) The application, if any, of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals to this case

(7) The examination, diagnosis and treatment of any illegal alien minors with any medical conditions in 2014

(8) The detention and/or all other means to house illegal alien minors who have entered the country in 2014

The daily news continues to report crimes throughout the U.S. which involve illegal immigrants, some of whom had been deported but returned to the U.S.

A new report from the inspector general at the Department of Homeland Security describes mismanagement. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released 2,226 illegals under the Obama administration -- and 617 of those released had criminal records.

The release of the illegals by the Obama administration during the week before the sequestration led some people to think that the move was politically motivated. "President Obama claimed that the automatic budget cuts would hurt the economy, health care and emergency responders, and that federal prosecutors would have to ‘let criminals go'," is the explanation of Sharyl Attkisson in Obama Administration Released Over 600 Illegal Immigrants With Criminal Convictions.

Due to potential danger from violent drug and weapons traffickers and gang members, along with lack of assistance from the Obama Administration to stop the current border invasion, many states are beginning to take charge of the crisis.

Dressed in camouflage, National Guard troops which were deployed by Gov. Rick Perry have been seen this week near the Texas border, manning observation towers along the road leading to the Hidalgo International Bridge.

State officials in Texas have estimated that the deployment of the National Guard mission to protect Texas citizens will cost $12 million per month.

Many schools throughout America have expressed concern about the extra cost of educating increasing numbers of illegal immigrant children who have invaded the U.S. border.

Mario Trujillo describes information which was sent to schools this week by the Obama administration in Obama prepares schools for migrant children. Trujillo says that the Obama administration is preparing the nation’s schools "to accept thousands of new students who illegally crossed the southwest border and are now awaiting trials on their possible deportations." He describes a 'fact sheet' highlighting the children’s right to attend public school. The Department of Education sent the fact sheet to states and schools this week to warn of the children’s right to attend public school.

The cost of educating illegal immigrants is currently $10,900 per student for each school year, plus an additional $1,083 for English Second Language classes, according to a report described by Merrill Hope in Dallas ISD May Give Glimpse Into Migrant Education Costs.

The average time for an immigration proceeding in the 'entire U.S.' during 2014 is well over 500 days.

Mario Trujillo summarized the current border crisis by warning, "The prospect of tens of thousands of children mostly from Central American countries attending school as they wait for their immigration status to be decided has the potential to be explosive after this summer’s emotional public debate about the border."

So . . . illegal immigrants are protected by the U.S. government with a 'fact sheet' which warns American citizens of aliens' rights.

Why doesn't the Obama Administration issue a 'fact sheet' acknowledging that U.S. taxpayers -- U.S. citizens -- have spoken on the subject of illegal immigration? . . . . . . The majority of citizens want the U.S. border closed, and they do not want the burden of supporting illegal immigrants --- or the risk of infectious, potentially deadly, diseases which have recently been carried into the country through the U.S.-Mexican border.

It will be a hot day in Brownsville, Don't you think?

I’m surprised that border states have let it go on for so long. They know firsthand what happens. They could secure the border, and to hell with Washington.

Washington, just like London once did has become corrupt, distanced from it’s citizens, treating us all like serfs to be subjected to whatever bright idea they come up with next.

Gotta have the gonads to openly defy Washington. Then, they will hit you from all directions ala the recent indictment of Perry for something that is a Governor's purview to handle as he did. If they go after him for actual border issues, too much possibility for Truth to come out, so they will continue to use their preferred "back door" access (pun intended).

I guess the freepers stopped sending her money for the birth certificate issue, and now, she has had to switch to the illegals to try to raise money.

More than any of his other acts of violence against the US, Obama’s amnesty will bring down the government.

Maybe Obama’s coming back to DC on Sunday to issue executive amnesty to all the illegals before this hearing is held.
