That is the line the administration and liberals have been putting out for years.
It's supposed to remain quiet and subliminal behind the scenes, though, so that the comparison affects opinion without calling attention to itself.
I guess Rob missed one of the memos. Either that or he took it upon himself to make the point in a more public way.
