You know, a man’s health may be at risk if he doesn’t engage in regular sexual activity. He could get overstressed and develop hypertension or a cardiac condition. So that’s a health issue.

It's more of a laundry issue than a health care concern. How about free diapers for the children too? Don't forget free tissues and toilet paper.
