Saturday from the White House South Lawn, President Barack Obama blamed "intelligence estimates" for not anticipating the speed in which ISIS would capture large sections of Iraq.

ISIS was a know quantity for months. They were pretty much stating their plans on the internet and recruiting on the net. The Obama Regime was just hoping that they wouldn’t attack to the south and hoping that the Iraqi’s could deal with them. They should have bombed them when they started moving out of Syria.
Now they have lots of heavy weapons and even more fighters.

It is not surprising that this guy can't fix anything. He has never led anything, nor performed an ounce of meaningful work in his life.
