Almost HALF the country of middle class Americans can't pay the cost of a new tire without borrowing the money. Holy Guacamole!Now I understand why people looking at our Unimogs often look at the tires first, and ask how much they are.

I have a pre-paid cell phone, dropped the cable and home phone, own my big screen outright, and make coffee at home. So I can afford a tire. I just don’t wan to.
