I know many here (possibly rightfully) believe that the US has an obligation to continue to protect Iraq.
However, Obama technically ended war activities in Iraq some time ago. If if we disagree with their ending, they nevertheless have ended.
I believe that Obama is obligated to follow the terms of War Powers Act, and the reporting requirements that go with it.
