A newly discovered email exchange from Lois Lerner´s official IRS email account "directly demonstrates Ms. Lerner´s deep animus towards conservatives, which she refers to as ´---holes,´" House Ways and Means Committee Chair Dave Camp wrote in a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder on Wednesday. In that Nov. 9, 2012 email, Lerner further suggests that conservatives will ruin the country: "So we don´t need to worry about alien teRrorists (sic). It´s our own crazies that will take us down," she wrote.

Well now we know how she got herself promoted to a top position...
They are FIRMLY ENTRENCHED and only hire “fellow travelers”
Ya tell people the government now sees the American people as the enemy, and some just can't quite grasp what is happening.
Kind of sets a pretty high bar for the emails and other information that the IRS considered too damaging to make public and which they destroyed.

Interesting that she capitalized the first “R”; a little attempt at evil humor on her part.
Both Nancy Pelosi and Janet Napolitano (then head of Homeland Security) referred publically to tea party protestors as “potential terrorists”
So, from the very top Lerner learned that this type of labeling was A-OK and she could get away with it.
Not giving Lerner a pass, just saying the rot starts at the top. Civil servants (and the media) were given carte blanche explicitly or implicitly to go after conservatives, tea party sympathizers or whomever else they top brass viewed as threats.
I’m sure the TEA Party groups seeking tax-exempt status would get a fair hearing from her.
