I remember years ago, we "melted" the phones in DC over the amnesty issue. I am also well aware of the fact that DC learned their lesson that day. We have melted the phones since then; the difference is that the staffers in DC stopped admitting it, and the media stopped reporting it. I have heard it straight from one Congressman's mouth- the staffers themselves have said, "their just people."
How many times have you heard friends, family, co-workers, etc claim they don't vote, because their vote doesn't matter anyway?
We here at Free Republic are all very well aware of the fact that the media is in the tank for amnesty, and so are the elitists in DC, no matter the D or the R by their name.
Why would we even begin to ask Cruz or Lee to carry our water when we have given up so easily? Jeff Sessions has called out to us to melt those phones, and I keep seeing FREEPers comment on threads about how it doesn't matter.

We have FREEPers willing to go out and protest buses, FREEPers willing to pack up and drive to the border, but we also have FREEPers who have thrown in the towel.
SO WHAT if we don't get media reports on how effective our calls are? Is that why you call? Do we call because we want media mentions? I call BS on that!
They WANT you to feel alone. They WANT you to think your calls don't matter. They WANT you to think you can't win.
Well, if nothing changes, then nothing changes.... When I start marching, I may not reach my destination, but I sure as hell won't reach it if I am sitting still!
Show Lee that HE is not alone. Show Cruz that HE is not alone. Show Sessions that HE is not alone. They need us to SHUT UP AND DIAL!

Is it true that Obama is going to wait until congress goes into recess a few days from now, and then sign an executive order granting amnesty to all the teenage thugs, drug cartel members and assorted terrorists that are currently flooding our borders? I would not put it past him. The current border crisis is an invasion, pure and simple. And this is coming from a black conservative woman who never voted for him, and has never voted Democrat in my life. Because I did my homework, and I know who those people are. Obama is not incompetent. He’s malicious. He’s trying to hurt US on purpose. And I do believe that he is mentally ill.
