Liver and Onions and Bacon prepared properly is damned good eats!
Friend of mine grew up in a house where her mother told her for YEARS that liver was “Steak” UNTIL...............said youngin went on a sleep over wherre the parents grilled ACTUAL steaks LOL!!!!!!!!!!! Hey, I give the mom props for feeding kids poverty level food (in those days) and calling it steak so the kids FELT “rich”

YOu best lay in more toilet tissue, air freshener and a box of rocks in the terlit...............
The rocks are in case the food is really HOT...that way, if you are on the terlit and begin to feel flames...you can toss in a few rocks and pray the back-splash puts out da fire ;-)
