The Social Security Earnings Suspense File (ESF) exploded in the Clinton years and has continued. (255 million records as of 2000.)
These are W-2 wage data employers submitted to the IRS and SSA that did not match Social Security master files.
Some think this is SS money happily contributed by "undocumented" workers.
Nothing is ever deleted from the ESF until it is transferred to a proper SS master file. Amnesty will remove the suspended data and credit all illegal work done to a valid SS account created for the alien. (That's a billion dollar contract for some IT company with connections.)
The ESF contains the W-2 form data that did not match SS master files.
IRS and SSA used to send out No-Match letters to employers but I think maybe the immigration rights industry and the taxpayer-subsidized-cheap-labor advocates got that stopped.
Regain the Presidency, rescind all Obies executive orders, get rid of every smelly rat in the white hut that Barry put in as Czars and start working on supreme court appointments.

I just don’t know. Since 0bama just plays golf and goes to fund raisers it’s Valerie Jarrett that runs the show. I think Biden would keep her.
