Yeah but those businesses didn’t build those businesses. Someone else did that.
That’s a nice little racket Soetoro and “Big Business” have going. He pretends to attack them and they funnel millions, if not billions, of dollars to him and his RAT comrades.
“Just for once, wouldn’t it be great if President Obama actually defended American business, instead of attacking it?
Just once?
Wouldn’t it be great if Obama acknowledged that U.S. firms are overburdened by the highest corporate tax rate among developed countries, and as a result are becoming less and less competitive?
Wouldn’t it be great if he said he wants to fix this tax imbalance in order to grow the economy faster and give U.S. businesses a leg up on the global scene?
Couldn’t he just say that?”
Kudlow’s point is moot. Obama’s a communist. Wants to see capitalism eliminated. He’ll do everything in his power to destroy the system.
If Obama defended American Business then he wouldn’t be Obama.
he hates capitalism,
he hates Whitey (who primarily benefits from capitalism, in his mind),
he hates the Judeo/Christian cultural foundation on which American business rests,
and he hates America.
Well, he wouldn’t be Obama then, would he?
In my opinion if Obama defended American business, the GOP would be totally screwed.
Totally.
Just saying. Right now the GOP doesn’t seem to support American businesses. We buy everything we buy, from China. I know that’s not completely true, but it’s true enough.
The thing is both parties are completely sold out on trade.
If the Dems start supporting American businesses, the US
military will be the only remaining strength of the GOP.
The thing is, how will the USA defend itself, if we’re buying everything imported?
The USA needs to bring back our very own businesses.
Buy American.
Wouldn’t it have been great if FDR had never gotten into the White House?
What if pigs flew?
If Obama defended businesses, he’d be selling out everyone he ever knew.
He cannot say any of those things as he is incapable of speaking the truth.
Obama defending anything American (other than Central American criminals who enter our country illegally) is an absurd hypothetical. What’s the point of considering something so unlikely?
He is defending some businesses...against other businesses. He’s a contemporary politician. That’s what they do.
The closing line: “Why isn’t it patriotic to stand by large and small businesses...?”
It is, Mr. Kudlow, ergo, our president is no patriot, something that has become blindingly obvious to anyone paying the least bit of attention.
Fortunately though, he’s leading the remains of the Democrat Party down the same path and that is starting to become obvious as well. Meanwhile the more rational among them should by now be reconsidering both his leadership and their membership.
