A tunnel terror underneath a bathtub in Gaza exposed
Jerusalem Online ^ | 7/26/2014 | Yael Klein

During the ground offensive IDF soldiers have also exposed a tunnel camouflaged under a bathroom.

Inside a house in the neighborhood of Shuja'iyya in Gaza a tunnel shaft was found under the sink, in between the sewage pipes and the cleaning supplies. According to IDF assessments this tunnel was not originally destined to aid terrorists with infiltration to Israel, but was built for a different destination.

This is a command and control tunnels which connects between different destinations inside Gaza Strip, in order to enable Hamas activists to hide inside it for longer periods of time, without being exposed to attacks and dangers above ground.

Too bad Gaza is not the world-wide roach motel. The Israelis could do the world a favor.

One should always keep in mind that Israel distinguishes between the residents of GAZA -versus- the Hamas Terrorists and their organization.

Israel makes it VERY CLEAR to the world I that they are at war with Hamas, but they are NOT at war with the residents in GAZA. Always keep in mind what Israel, itself, says about this!

“THE GAZA RESIDENTS ARE NOT OUR ENEMY!”

Don’t let the enemies if Israel “spread the lie” that Israel treats all of Gaza as the enemy. It’s only Hamas that is the enemy!

— — —

Speaking at the conference, Israel’s ambassador to the body, Eviatar Manor told the debate that “Israel will destroy Hamas’ military infrastructure.” He also added that “the Gaza residents are not our enemy. Israel is fully committed to international law.” The ambassador also slammed the UN Human Rights Council saying they had “failed to protect the human rights of Israelis,” Haaretz reports.

When Israel talks about “Gaza residents are not our enemy” it is talking about the kitten and puppies. The people of Gaza are Hamas. They elected them, they support them. They protect them. Hamas is Gaza, Gaza is Hamas.

Not according to the IDF ... :-) ... since they go out of their way to PROTECT the residents of Gaza — while at the very same time, they bomb and kill Hamas operatives and their facilities!

The following is from the IDF itself on their own web page ...

How is the IDF Minimizing Harm to Civilians in Gaza?
http://www.idfblog.com/blog/2014/07/16/idf-done-minimize-harm-civilians-gaza/

The IDF does everything possible to limit civilian casualties in Gaza. Hamas exploits these efforts by encouraging Palestinian civilians to ignore the IDF’s warnings.

Phone Calls and Text Messages

As part of its efforts to minimize civilian casualties in Gaza, the IDF makes phone calls and sends text messages to civilians residing in buildings designated for attack. In the following video, you can hear a recording of an IDF soldier calling a Gazan to warn him of an impending airstrike in his vicinity.

Leaflets

The Israel Air Force has dropped leaflets over Gaza that warn civilians to avoid being present in the vicinity of Hamas operatives. These leaflets urge civilians to move away from Hamas targets, making clear Israel’s intention to minimize civilian casualties. Since the operation began, Hamas has repeatedly instructed Palestinians to ignore these warnings.

Roof-Knocking

“Roof knocking” is when the IAF targets a building with a loud but non-lethal bomb that warns civilians that they are in the vicinity of a weapons cache or other target. This method is used to allow all residents to leave the area before the IDF targets the site with live ammunition.

The following video demonstrates how Hamas exploits the IDF’s efforts to avoid civilian casualties. On July 9, Palestinians fled a Hamas target after the IAF fired a warning shot. Moments later, people in the surrounding area flocked to the roof of the target, acting as human shields. The IAF called off the strike to avoid civilian casualties.

And here is something to INFORM YOU about HOW the IDF protects the residents of Gaza, while at the very same time, the IDF targets and kills Hamas operatives and bombs their facilities!

Exclusive Interview With IAF Pilots: How They Limit Casualties
http://www.idfblog.com/blog/2014/07/20/exclusive-interview-iaf-pilots-limit-casualties/

While the IDF goes to extraordinary lengths to avoid civilian casualties, Hamas deliberately puts civilians in the line of fire. The terrorist organization bases command centers, weapons storage facilities and concealed rocket launchers inside civilian neighborhoods, sometimes even inside houses. Lt. Or and Lt. Omer are two pilots in the Israel Air Force whose work reduces harm to civilians in Gaza.

Lt. Or is a 25-year-old soldier with an enormous responsibility. He decides whether to call off an airstrike in Gaza for the sake of preserving human life.

Lt. Or operates drones over Gaza in order to gather intelligence before airstrikes. The drones provide the IDF with a clear picture of the ground in real time. “Before every flight, we have a briefing about what is happening in the Strip,” said Lt. Or. “Then we perform a reconnaissance mission to ensure the intelligence matches the reality on the ground.”

The purpose of this intelligence gathering is to ensure that a strike on a target will not cause harm to civilians. “Before every airstrike, the pilot needs permission from us,” Lt. Or. emphasized. “We [Israel] are the only side in this conflict that attempts to prevent civilians from being harmed.”

How naive. Imagine in WW2, the US saying, "we are at war with the Nazis, we are not at war with the Germans." Or, "we are at war with the Nipponese Empire, we are not at war with the Japanese."

Exactly what did our bombs hit in Dresden, Hamburg, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki?

Hamas is the elected and supported government of Gaza, not some nefarious terrorist entity that has foisted itself upon the "innocent citizens" of Gaza.

Gaza = Hamas. Obama is a Hamas supporter and cheerleader. UNRWA, the UN, USAID, and the US Dept of State are direct financiers and supporters of Hamas, because they fund the government of Gaza, which is Hamas. Our tax dollars supplied the cement in the tunnels under Gaza. Our tax dollars built the schools and UNRWA warehouses that house rockets that are fired at Jews.

The IDF needs to use these as “Fumigation Ports”

Hook up a high volume blower to this tunnel entrance and pump CS gas through it for 24 hours. Then watch the “rats” scurry out of the buildings on the other end(s) of the tunnel.

If you’ve got a problem with the official policy of Israel and the IDF itself - then I would suggest you take it up with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. And if you don’t like the results of your conversation with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, I would suggest you GET ANOTHER PRIME MINISTER ... :-) ...

As for me, I FULLY BACK Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his policies and decision, and I fully back the IDF in how they are handling this war against Hamas.

And I fully back the Israeli Ambassador who was speaking before the UN Human Rights Council and was DISPUTING CHARGES against Israel that Israel commits war crimes ... and what he said when he said that Israel was fighting Hamas and NOT the residents of Gaza.

I would suspect if you are going to change ALL THIS in Israel and it’s officials and the government and the IDF, you’re going to have to hire some “mercenaries” from Poland or the Ukraine to replace ALL THESE PEOPLE in Israel that you disagree with ... LOL ...

I was in Jerusalem one time when the zoo was closed. The UNRWA post on the opposite hill was shooting at people on the road near the zoo. What the heck did a UN relief outpost have guns for, and why does Israel even let these terrorists in the country? World politics.

There are so many stories about the UN helping the terrorists in Gaza, and yet Israel plays the world game of acting like the UN is neutral. Just like they play the game of "not being at war with the residents of Gaza." But they know, Gaza is Hamas, and UN "relief organizations" are legal cover for the EU, US, and other entities to fund Hamas in Gaza.

Then the IDF is spreading Hamas propaganda as that information and quote came from the IDF website ... LOL ...

OH ... and also, don’t forget to include that Israeli Ambassador who must have been spreading Hamas propaganda when he was speaking before the UN Human Rights Council.

AND THEN ... of course, don’t leave out Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who was also spreading Hamas propaganda, because he also said that he ordered the IDF to do everything they could to minimize any harm to the residents of Gaza, while attacking the Hamas terrorists at the same time ... :-) ...

Thank you.

I'm wearying of Star Traveler's oft repeated message about how much the Israeli's love the Gaza residents. Yeah, yeah, yeah... we know it.

They have to say it, you know. They are under the gun not just from the Arab world, but the European world, the UN world, the US Democrats world... every leftist scumbag in the world needs to hear the Israeli's kowtow to the principle that the Gaza residents aren't 90% scumbag terrorist sympathizers.

Which they are.

Star Traveler knows it. We all know it.

So yeah, we get it. The IDF respects Gaza civilians. Blah, blah, blah. We get it.

Thousands of crates of C4 would be a more permanent solution for a year or so.
