"President Obama and those around him simply do not understand the world," Fox News strategic analyst Ralph Peters cautioned Tuesday while discussing the MH17 crash on "America's Newsroom."

"They don't understand the world's brutality, its cruelty, its savagery. They just don't get it."

Col. Ralph Peters: Sanctions on Russia 'Too Little, Too Late' - July 18, 2014 - Obama's concern about the politics of confronting Putin and "how it'll affect his base" had driven U.S. "foreign policy utterly into the ground and under the ground," Peters said, adding that the president "gets no points with his base" by a strong response to Russia.

"It doesn't bring him an advantage. He's not worried about the United States. What's in it for him?" Peters said.

Tsar Vladimir...Czar Vlad: a lifetime job.
THAT is what the thug Putin wants, nothing less.

By the way, his mother was a fervent Russian Orthodox. She CAN'T still be alive.

"This is my last election," President Obama said to Medvedev in words caught on an open mic.
"After my election, I have more flexibility."

One is using the Alinsky’s “Rules For Radicals” as a playbook.

The other is using Machiavelli’s “The Prince”.

I think the author totally misses the reality.

This WH doesn't CARE about the actions Putin takes. Take a look at how they are willing to induce South American parents to pay money to the coyotes to ship their children to the U.S. so that the children can be used as political pawns. The fact that the children are abused and sometimes murdered at the "invitation" of the administration is all the better in their eyes. Who do you think has a heart of stone?

That probably true when it comes to the ME policy or lack of one, he's afraid of offending his muzzie base, but Obama's problem with Putin is the KGB file he has on our boy king must be chocked full of interesting stuff...

Maybe they should call the Rolling Stones for some clarification.

Financially they were a disaster — no snow — facilities were a mess — and don’t forget that the Kiev demonstrations that led to Ukraine’s independence took place during them.

Putin woke up afterwards without Ukraine and asked “what just happened to me”.

The main issue is not Putin, the Ukraine or NATO. The main monkey wrench in the works is the EU.

STEPHEN GLOVER: Yes, Putin's a bad man. But if it wasn't for the blundering EU, that airliner might not have been downed

"Hence it is to be remarked that, in seizing a state, the usurper ought to examine closely into all those injuries which it is necessary for him to inflict, and to do them all at one stroke so as not to have to repeat them daily.... He who does otherwise, either from timidity or evil advice, is always compelled to keep the knife in his hand; neither can he rely on his subjects, nor can they attach themselves to him, owing to their continued and repeated wrongs. For injuries ought to be done all at one time, so that, being tasted less, they offend less...."

"Nevertheless a prince ought to inspire fear in such a way that, if he does not win love, he avoids hatred; because he can endure very well being feared whilst he is not hated...."

"EVERY one admits how praiseworthy it is in a prince to keep faith, and to live with integrity and not with craft. Nevertheless our experience has been that those princes who have done great things have held good faith of little account, and have known how to circumvent the intellect of men by craft, and in the end have overcome those who have relied on their word.... Therefore it is unnecessary for a prince to have all the good qualities I have enumerated, but it is very necessary to appear to have them."
