(CNSNews.com) - Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) on Wednesday called out the IRS on holding back information regarding lost emails from former IRS official Lois Lerner, telling the IRS Commissioner John Koskinen at a House Subcommittee for Economic Growth, Job Creation, and Regulatory Affairs on Capitol Hill, “You guys were never going to tell us until we caught you.”
At the hearing titled, “An Update on the IRS Response to its Targeting Scandal,” Jordan explained the timeline of events in the ongoing IRS investigation, citing how Koskinen knew about the missing emails in April yet waited until June 13, 2014 to bury the information in a report released on a Friday.
“My theory is this, Mr. Koskinen, you guys were never going to tell us until we caught you,” Jordan said.
Jordan explained that the committee first “caught” the IRS after a series of events which started with Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the IRS.

Well, of course not.
But, you dip sheets didn’t find the guts or where with all to ask the right questions and the second their answer didn’t jive with reality, followed through and beat them like a rented mule.
I can think of a few of you, like Issa, who would know and understand how email, work product, collaborative work product and information is handled, indexed, archived and stored, just as they would be in most businesses.
You are not serious about this and it really seems you are doing everything you can to slow walk these investigations and run the clock out, in concert, with this administration.

Over the years, Judicial Watch has taken plenty of abuse from Freepers for never succeeding.

Amen! Heretofore, it has been a traditional courtesy for an incoming administration to drop any ongoing investigations of the outgoing one.
America cannot afford to extend such a courtesy to the Obama administration!
The Obama administration has made a purposeful attempt to subvert the Constitution and undermine our liberties. They have done real damage to the country and compromised its future, to the detriment of future generations.
Such actions cannot go unpunished.
No mercy on these bastards; they would have shown NO American citizen any.
