Killing people is a brutal and messy business and if Americans can't deal with that, they shouldn't be condemning people to death, a top federal judge says. In a strongly worded dissent in an Arizona lethal-injection case, Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals, calls the current system "inherently flawed" and says states that want to execute inmates should return to more "primitive—and foolproof—methods" of execution, NBC reports. "The guillotine is probably best but seems inconsistent with our national ethos. And the electric chair, hanging and the gas chamber are each subject to occasional mishaps," he writes. "The firing squad strikes me as the most promising. Eight or ten large-caliber rifle bullets fired at close range can inflict massive damage, causing instant death every time.

According to this, thousands of guillotines have been purchased by the U.S. government, to be used in the future on resistors to the New World Order, i.e. people like us.

These punishments should be reserved for only the most heinous crimes, such as failure to use sarcasm tags.
Rope is a much more earth-friendly solution.
Low-tech, reusable, renewable resource, etc.

The problem “Progressives” have with the death penalty is that they (officially) don’t believe in life after death, heaven and hell, or the Final Judgement.
They do not believe in accountability (except for some of their enemies) and they do not believe in absolute truth.
Execution involves ALL of these factors. Death for a criminal from old age just involves “passing the buck” to subsequent generations until “Nature” takes her course.
Kinda like the National Debt, the Social Security “Lockbox” and the Highway Trust Fund.
Bovine excrement can at least be utilized to fertilize fields. Congress, Federal bureaucrats and liberal judges cannot be used for even that.

The Death Penalty since they went to the injection method is more like going in for a operation and not waking up.

This is 20 years of appeals. 24 YRS SINCE THE CRIME. TOOK ONLY THE DNA TO PROVE WHO DID IT, #1 SUSPECT. DNA & confession proved he raped, strangled to death with her OWN SHOE LACES 8 year old Ashley ‘Nicki’ Read and then threw her body in the river. Even helped hunt for what was thought to be a missing child.
I worked with one of the victims of a man on Az Death Row. (A family member was brutally murdered). She told me how horrible it was when the time came (finally) for him to be executed and the MEDIA, et al, were pleading to spare this man the inhumane treatment of the Death Penalty. It’s as if the victim’s families were being victimized over again and NONE of the media et al, thought to ask her how she felt. It was as if the Murderer was the Victim. She would watch people protesting, pleading with signs to save this multi-murderer’s life, while ignoring her family member’s brutal murder and the other victims. It was as if the victims didn’t exist and if their names were mentioned, it was in passing, almost as if the media et al, wanted to make the victims inhuman.
Haha, imagine the outcry from the Hoplophobes.
