I would disagree,Hillary is a far more formidable candidate than warren will ever be,two different worlds.HIllary is a closet Communist. Warren is full blown even borders on hitleresque.

They have little understanding of economics. Like the Obamaphone Lady and many like her — they think money just appears out of nowhere.

Sort of like the Libs who want to close slaughter houses and use the rationale: ‘if people want meat, they should just buy it from the grocery stores.’ They have no concept of where the grocery stores get their meats, etc.

On a small level I am going to agree with you Mr. Cheerio.

EXCEPT....

It depends on what happens with the so-called “tea party”. As we all know, the tea party does not exist; it is but an acronym for Middle Class America.

The left wants to wipe out the middle class. Except I am not sure just how big this tea party/middle class is. I think we’re a pretty big group that, like cats, can’t be herded. They love to mock us only because when they begin mocking this Tea Party....we tend to shrug and think “musta be talking about that guy over there. I’m no racist.”

So many people might not consider themselves “tea party” but would proudly proclaim themselves to be part of the middle class.

There’s too many people in a middle class in a country and America has created a most dreaded monster in its vibrant and sprawling middle class. Makes it difficult for dictators and despots and oppressive religions run by sheiks to run and control things.

I am of a mind that the Ruling class will overstep its bounds just one time too many and this MIDDLE CLASS....not the TEA PARTY but they are one and the same, is going to fight back.

And, with instant mass communication so easy today, as we drive, or poop or read our Kindles, we can share pics and directions, boom, no problem.

Hey, maybe it’s a dumb idea but I still say our numbers are mighty. Once the majority of those numbers are offended, be they Republican or Democrat, the middle class will rise up.

I don’t see any kind of armed rebellion. Maybe a country wide work stoppage....something that will so affect America’s middle class that the vast majority of them are going to flex their muscle.

If that does not happen, than I agree with you Cheerio, the country will be fundamentally changed. I will always respect the will of the majority but will also always assert to a voice in my country’s political process just as the transgenders of 3% get with all pride and kowtows by Obama. Because the middle class is sure a whole lot more than 3% and we have a right to a voice without being audited and mistreated.

okay, I’m done.

“The left uses projection to justify their actions. It’s always been, and still is, about money and power. For the left, it’s for government. For the right it’s for the individual.”

Words have meanings - Or at least they should.

For the left, it’s for government. For the right it’s for the individual.”

Libertarians stand for the individual - What is the “right”?

Unfortunately no-one allows for the repercussions to be assumed by the individuals who case the problem.

You smoke - you medical insurance rates should be sky high - Too bad so sad
You live in a flood plain / tornado zone / hurricane zone - the price of your house insurance should be ONLY your problem - not a Fed. G’ment subsidy.

This list can go on

Two great examples and I agree with you. We’ve been funding way too many dictators around the world for years. No, decades.

Still, nothing from Obama.

You're right Fishtalk. And here's why: He doesn't care. He's above it all. nobama lives in his own bubble that contains primarily two things: golf and fundraising. Beyond that, he just doesn't care. Compassion and the desire to do the right thing are completely foreign to him.

“Goober from SC sabotaging us again on MTP. Sad day he couldn’t have been primaried.”

The reality is that in most of these races - John Wayne McCornyn in Texas, The woamn in SC, the Woman in Kentucky have NO valid Primary candidates running against them.

The SYSTEM (Republicans) is/are corrupt. Money is the root of all evil. Limit the Fed. G’ment’s source of money and their ability to spend it.

You certainly make many valid points. I guess only time will tell. I harken back to 2012 when we were warned by so many on the right that if Obozo was elected a SECOND time it would be the End of America as we know it. Well?

As a political junkie for the past 10 years I never ever would have put money on him winning a second term given the disaster he created during the first 4 years. BUT I was wrong and am sure I will be wrong again - I think I am out of touch these days with the majority of Americans. Something to do with growing old and resisting change of any sort.

That was one of the best commercials in the last Twenty + years. Truly enjoyable, puts a smile on your face that there are so many clever, creative people out there

I think your perceptions are valid. You have a finger on the pulse of the country.

The problem is that a true cross-section of America does not show up at the polls. Rather it is a hard sell GOTV by Dems, bribe their constituent groups (Blacks, Gays, Union, welfare recipients, Atheists, poor, 47% crowd, etc.), while the Republican vote is suppressed and depressed by the nomination of milquetoast candidates whom Conservatives cannot stand to hold their noes and vote for.

Our candidates are chosen by the GOPe, corrupt media, and rigged open primary systems which allow clowns like McCain to slip through and supposedly represent us.

I agree with you but in fairness two things need to be added.

0bama won because of outright fraud and purposely forced suppression by the government stopping various Tea Party efforts to organize and influence.

The Democrats used voter registration and absentee voting to gin up the vote, often illegally. They also bused in voters ineligible to vote.

Using the IRS, FEC and other agencies to investigate and threats of further federal prosecution, Tea Party groups could not exercise their constitutional rights. We can also add the media/press willingly supporting 0bama while piling on both Romney and conservatives in general, and it is further proof the media/press can sway an election.

“0bama won because of outright fraud and purposely forced suppression by the government stopping various Tea Party efforts to organize and influence.”

The sad truth is we are following in the footsteps of Venezuela, Cuba and other South American banana republics.

But the U.S. did have a good run for over Two hundred years and history will be kind to the U.S.

We on the other hand will live to see our children suffer

Bad link to CSPAN ...???

I could be wrong ... Last 2 weeks I’ve followed the link to CSPAN for the radio replay broadcasts all afternoon.

I believe the link is wrong’ seems to hard link to VA hearings from a few weeks back.

I believe this is the correct link: http://www.c-span.org/live/?channel=radio

Thanks for this thread. It’s good, albeit very frustrating, to listen to the idiots running our coutry ( into hell ) lying and distracting. Listening now to Bibi dealing with Stephanopolis’ accusations I mean interview. Love Bibi.

We’ve been funding way too many dictators around the world for years. No, decades.

Well, there is a reason for that...they kept their foot on the necks of the jihadis, and largely left the Christians alone. (See: Shaw of Iran, Kadaffy, Mubarak, Asshead)

Now we have the moslem brotherhood killing everyone.
