Today at the Mexican Consulate just south of downtown Houston a protest
against the illegal alien border surge was staged by concerned patriots.
Apparently the word got out to the opposition forces. There were 25 to 30
illegals and associated supporters there as well. Our side numbered from
40 to 50 while I was on site. We were staged on opposite sides of the street.
The illegals (they proclaimed themselves so, chanting "undocumented and unafraid")
had a small public address system and had a designated wise-ass on the mike
leading chants and taunts which actually were pretty comedic.

The Consulate is apparently constructed of stacked-up double-wide trailers and has a spiffy billboard in the yard.
Back to the good guys:
The cops had a load of barricades delivered and set them up on our side first:
Then they set up barricades on the illegal's side. I thought this
to be a bit futile as they all have a proven ability to hop fences.

Some media were present and interviewed folks on both sides. I'll see if I can
locate some of that and post it down-thread. Overall I'd say our message was
heard, if only at a local level. Which beats the hell out of silence.

They spit in the face of my friends who toiled for years to become an American.
A few are from Cuba, Argentina, Venezuela and Mexico.
One friend from Australia was never sure he would become an American, even though I assured him that we consider Auzzies our brothers and there were only some formalities to go through.
He celebrates 4th of July with us and loves it.
I’d like to erase that stupid accent of his but, at least it’s not British.
Then there are my friends from Johannesburg. White, they may be but, they are now true blue African Americans.

I work in the south Texas oil patch.
I travel Hwy. 59 south between Goliad and Beeville every single afternoon. So far this week, I’ve counted no less than 14 busloads on Hwy. 59 heading north to Houston. I assume it’s Houston as that’s what most of em have posted up on their front marquee. These look like private tour buses with no company name, blacked-out windows, etc.
The RATS have convinced the American blacks to abort millions of their offspring, enslave the rest to the government and now replace any that might be working with illegals. Yet, they’re too blind to see what the RATS have done to them and continue to support these traitors....sad, very sad black people....wake up!!!

I see the pro-illegal guy used the typical lefty spiel/line ... “for the cost of one F-15, we can feed and clothe ALL of these....children. We’re the richest country in the world”.
Maybe this guy...and all the other lefties...need to listen to what 0’s DHS Sec’y said about this...that it’s costing $250 to $1,000 per day to house each of the immigrant children who have recently arrived at the border.
And, for that matter, why don’t we take that “same money” and take care of our vets and our own homeless, already here, Mr Lefty?
I’d like someone to ask these fools just exactly how many “children” of the world they think we need to take in. When will it ever be enough, for them? Never.
