Circuit court judges are attendings of the fl judicial college. They also attend the uber liberal state bar conference.

There those judges and lawyers have very LITTLE respect for the voting population or citizens.

Judges like this mental midget are the first to say write to your legislator if you don’t like the law. However this judge decides he does not need to use the legislative process.

The homosexual groups pushed a 60% passage rule to prevent Florida’s constitutional amendment because they knew (back then) that a constitutional amendment could not be found to be unconstitutional. They failed and it passed by 62%

These judges just have to love the power they’ve been given to usurp the will of the people like this over and over again.

So will FL tell this judge to pound sand? The state constitution defines what the institution of marriage is. Those meeting that definition can marry. Those who do not cannot.

seems ez peezee....

Now a measley circuit court judge is overriding legislation. What’s next? A crossing guard striking down the Constitution?

No judge will ever have me view a man and a man married. They can draw up all the legal papers they want but I will never view them as married. It’s just perverted silliness.

Yes, but judicial elections are incredibly difficult to research. They all run as NPA and never advertise or otherwise politic. I've seen people literally Christmas tree the ballot for the judges.

Barring a supremely idiotic decision, most judges get elected with little fanfare.
