He won’t get that money unless he is cleared of desertion.

I’ve said it before, but just in case...the fix is in.

Follow the money to see who’s really paying Larry the Lawyer.

Never thought you’d consider Nixon to be honest, did you?

Then along came the Obamadork/felon/cretin with his comptriot, the Holder/felon/cretin.

Schucks, I thought for sure he'd hire that champion-of-victimized-women mouthpiece, Gloria All-red.

“He won’t get that money unless he is cleared of desertion.”

If he doesn’t he’ll be made a Diversity Studies Professor at Yale. He’ll pull down $100k plus a year and never have a class.

Pro bono doesn't always mean what you think it means. It might very well mean that Luis' time is unpaid but that the Feds (aka tax-payers) pay for associates, clerks, filing, printing, expert witness fees, etc, etc. How do you think Johnny Cochran et al became millionaires?

Would be right interesting to see what visitors or telephones calls the Bergdahl fambly have had since the really, really bad swap. With his wife's position at the NY Times the WH may have made the contact through several layers of cut-outs.

Pro bono? The guy is set to get $300,000+ back pay tax free. I say at the least this lawyer should charge.

Plus if he hasn’t done anything wrong as the WH has told us and his parents told us, why does he need a lawyer?

It’s pro bono for now as there are no charges filed.

After that, it’ll be our taxes hard at work defending him.

I’d be thinking it was to handle his forthcoming book deals which will rail against this country.

Remember a incident in the past when all of his
comrades called a fellow soldier a total scum-bag
who was not worthy of any military recognition?

Yeah, Bergdahl is like J. F’fin Kelly, and the swiftees;
but how did that turn out??
