A white TV reporter who voiced his opinions about black families and relations with police during a segment about a fatal police shooting said Tuesday he was suspended from his station and won't return.

Wasn’t Eric Holder calling us all cowards for not having a discussion on race? BTW, in the civilian large corporation world I can’t imagine a faster way of getting fired that does not involve setting the place on fire.
Lesson to be learned.... Don’t say anything about a certain protected class of people even though it’s 100% true.
PC is going to get a lot of people killed in the long run. You can count on it.

See this reporter should have left his opinion inside himself anyway. The news segment is for the news. If he wanted to show more of the police side then give them more time and the cop killer relatives less.
Um... news agencies and reporters stick their opinions into the news all the time. They do it by choosing which stories to run and in their language describing the stories.
Probably the issue wasn't so much inserting his opinion into the story. It was more likely the overt way he did it, or the fact that he was pointing out the politically incorrect fact that kids raised without fathers don't fare as well as their peers from intact families.
Unless it comports with the liberal agenda, of course...

As if news reporters don’t “include” their opinions all of the time. You just can’t be clear about it.

I’m surprised the guy thought he could be so honest; as a member of the media, he must have known all of the rules (especially that by which media members are supposed to pretend blacks can never be perps, just victims).

The National Association of Black Journalists' president, Bob Butler, challenged Bergin's connection between young black men growing up without fathers and anti-police sentiments and said that Bergin went beyond the standards of a news reporter by inserting his views on the storyI don't see a quote from the president of the "National Association of White Journalists". I wonder why?

It is also the # 1 indicator in whether or not someone is incarcerated during their lifetime.
This guy was fired for telling the truth in an industry where it is forbidden.

I’d imagine News 12 is going to have to hire a bunch of blacks to atone for one employee’s “sin”.
The station sucks anyway; I’ll occasionally get weather from them, but that’s it. They were being ripped apart for covering the cop-killer, who had specifically told a bystander (before killing the cop) to watch the news later; he was going to be famous.
The local unassimilated gibsmedats even made a memorial to the killer, which was torn down by unknown persons.

They want you to be clear with your opinions, which are required to be the same opinions as those who control our media.
This reporter tried to have the conversation on race that Holder mentioned years ago; Holder simply meant a LECTURE on race.
My personal belief is that the Left, starting in the era of Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and Margaret Sanger, believe that their philosophy is superior to the concept of worshiping God and believing in nuclear families. All of their actions back up this theory.
The truth shall set ye free. You’re free to leave a job with the MSM.
This is a war. The reporter needs to get a lucrative job offer from a more responsible news source and the station needs to be pounded by the viewers and their ratings hurt until they correct their behavior.
