The problem is that the slut women sleep with "exciting" thugs instead of "boring" responsible men. If the women suddenly decided to only date men who had a decent job and were responsible and stable, the situation would be reversed really quickly. Thugs, faced with a future of involuntary celibacy, would start looking for jobs. Younger thugs might even decide to try to learn something in school, so they would qualify for a job.

How to accomplish this reversal? Abolish welfare and affirmative action for women. If women faced starvation for making bad choices, they might start making good choices.
