A number of sites are stating that the ‘time jump’ will occur tonight...
I say no....there needs to be more! 24 is a show that could go on forever. Minus those couple seasons when they ‘wrangled’ with the ethics of torture.
IIRC, this is the first season in which daughter Kim wasn’t kidnapped.
Of course, she could be kidnapped and the kidnappers didn’t know how to contact Jack in London.

I smell a pre-quel.
I’m a week behind everyone right now.
Tonight, I’m going to watch last week’s episode.
When I left off last week, the US submarine had just torpedoed the Chinese aircraft carrier.
time jump
???
Will they kill off a popular franchise money maker?...........................................Uh, no.......................
No, no, no..........
He’ll wake up in his own bedroom and find out it was all a dream..........................
I was rooting for the Chinese to finally kill off Audrey. ;)
I’d bet a few people get whacked tonight...hope springs eternal. :-)
Nearly impossible. Do you realize how much Kiefer Sutherland has aged?
Season 1
Season 9
They need to account for thirteen hours in tonight’s episode to keep to the ‘24 hours’ premise. Ergo, time jump.
It’s a 12-episode, therefore 12-hour, season of “24”
The “time jump” is speculation that there’ll be a fast forward to take the season through a full day. Question is whether that time jump occurred before the first hour of the season, or is going to happen tonight.
new cast, in case they kill him off. Don’t think they will, but at some point his knees will give out.
There’s a trend in movies and Tv to do back-story stuff. The entire Star Trek revival is based upon a younger cast going an origin story.
I think agent Kate is his daughter. *That* will be the big surprise at the end. Old girlfriend, never told him . . . I mean really, doesn’t Kate act AND look just like Jack?
I was rooting for the Chinese to finally kill off Audrey. ;)

We need a “like” button here on FR. ;)
I just want Jack Bauer’s magic never-empty magazine. I think that is the typical leftist’s concept of a current high-capacity magazine.
