Crist’s campaigns as of late have a tendency to fizzle out. He got out to a huge lead over Rubio in the 2010 GOP primary only to switch to Independent when he fell back by ~20 points. He then got out to another lead in the three way race only to lose by a significant amount in the general election.

That’s an unfair and untrue statement. RCP may be “meaningless crap” to you, but they simply average the results of a number of polls which should show some greater stability. I was simply noting that Scott wasn’t a runaway for re-election. I surely hope you are correct and that Scott will win re-election since Crist is sim a person absent any moral character, and it should bother you ( I know it does me) that people in Florida would give him anything like a close race. I guess, since this is a conservative outlet, I fail to see how I’m “peddling RAT propaganda,” because it would fall on deaf ears here.
And re: your #11, recall too that GZ is a 5’ 9”(?) ~170lb man, while TM was a 6’ 2”, ~180lb “boy” (that number is based on the cops estimate, which they entered into the report at the time). Zimmerman had lost a lot of weight, and was fairly out of shape and still pretty doughy, while TM had recently left the football squad at his school, and was in prime physical condition.
Not by a long shot. But, the marijuana on the ballot is to get out his “marginal” voters, and that is whom this “appeal” of BS is directed toward.
No one rational, having seen the lengths to which the prosecutor tried to hang Zimmerman.... no one believes he did not act in self defense. TM was beating his head into the concrete, and was a gang banger cough syrup/synthetic codeine freak.
