On Wednesday’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” conservative talker Laura Ingraham made a bold call on how to confront problem of immigration in the United States, in particular regarding the flow of illegal aliens through the U.S. southern border.

That has nothing to do with the current problem of thousands of starving, foreign dupes enticed to the States for slavery by commie/fascist, political/regulator class tourists.

It's a Libertarian/slaver push to muddle obfuscate the citizenship of Americans and further violate the 4th Amendment (tracking citizens). Anyone born in the U.S.A. is an American.

That was our founding fathers' intent. If you don't want hordes of foreign slaves flooding in, try mustering the tiny bit of courage to talk your bosses out of enticing them in with lies. They are administering the crime. They're the bosses of it. They pay lobbyists to legalize it.

We don't need foreign-born presidents.

Immigration policies should not be favoring the importation of rich, anti-American foreigners and slaves instead of family members of Americans.

We don't need politics dominated by spoiled rotten, government-connected slavers, who sponsor heaps of trashy, insulting, threatening band-wagon diatribes.

The political/regulator class treads on thin ice, and like a spoiled child, it will go as far as it can. That's a good thing. Pride goes before the fall.

Before then, those rights were assumed and acted upon. The reason that it was ratified as an amendment, was that Civil War Libertarians, after being put down yet again (after the Revolution, the Revolution Part 2: that is, the War of 1812, and the English Civil War before that, and so on into history), continued to lie obfuscate about the issue.

Currently, it's a matter of the members of the political/regulator class wanting to pick and choose every citizen at any time for their exiles, robberies, false imprisonments and murders with nothing more than words.

So they want to subvert our United States Constitution, and they want to do it through the over-regulating, over-taxing, commie/fascist state assemblies that are in their pockets--every bit as socialist as the federal politicians that they scream about in efforts to distract from their own banditry.

Now, IMHO, one small but crucial addition would solve the problem lickety-split.

Demand your state and federal legislators add one question to welfare applications, EITC forms, healthcare forms, and all other subsidy forms (the list is endless).

THE QUESTION: How many us govt checks is the applicant now cashing (please list names on checks and amounts)?

Important notation on bottom of forms: (A) Falsifying us govt applications is a crime. (B) Taking us govt money under false pretenses is punishable by 5 years or more incarceration.

I think the real issue is if your parents are here ILLEGALLY then the offspring automatically became citizens. The courts ruled you could not visit the “sins of the father on the son (or daughter)”

That said, If you are here illegally your child should not become a citizen as a matter of law.

What is a citizen of the US?

The pernicious custom of declaring the children of aliens to be citizens is just that ... a bad habit ... not law. BTW, all of the other nations with whom we meet on global issues do not make citizens of "drop-in" babies. Why do we?

Too bad there is no institution like a .... Supreme Court .... to opine on these constitutional matters. They have been properly asked, you know?

Liz, in re your question on checks: Illegal aliens generally provide their own documentation, which they have in multiple sets. Each identity receives benefits. This is very hard to stop because the aliens are illegal. No one knows ... officially .... just who the hell they are, how many there are, where they are, or anything else about them. Just who is that person in your neighborhood hospital's ER?

WE KNOW DARN WELL the aliens cash multiple govt checks under several identities in all odd these categories:

UI, SSI, Workmen's Comp,

TANF (temporary assistance to needy families),

WICS (food assistance),

subsidized Section 8 shelter,

ObamaPhone subsidies,

Utility Assistance subsidies,

School breakfasts/lunches/snacks subsidies,

$5000 a year EITC checks per identity.

Cut off all benefits —ALL BENEFITS — to illegals. Make it a jailable offense to hire them. Increase the size of the Border Patrol and ICE. End birthright citizenship. Repeal Simpson-Mazzoli and the Immigration Acts from the 1960s. Make English our official language. Then we’ll talka bout how to streamline the process ofr immigrating leagally and becoming a citizen so it doesn’t serve as a disincentive to legal immigration and an incentive to come illegally.

Scotus ignored “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” clause, as well as the legislative history of the XIV Amendment.

Birthright citizenship is one of many horrible and damaging Scotus decisions. No other country lets foreigners determine if their newborn kids will be citizens.

Scotus also found that illegal alien kids must be educated at local public schools.

Both of these decisions, and I’m confident there are more, work to destroy our republic.

It was passed solely to give (former) slaves citizenship. Even the “No law” portion of the First Amendment has exceptions for defamation and “shouting fire in a crowded theater”

Furthermore, people game the system. They need to first abolish these “birthing resorts” and stop any and all pregnant women from rushing the border.

It needs to stop and I’ll bet even most liberals would agree with this. They don’t want it their neighborhoods either.
