Even if FLOTUS had been elected, it remains that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constituiton, the specific power dictate any aspect of intrastate school policy.

These school boards need to sue Michelle Obama on the grounds that she lacks that constitutional power to impose dietary restrictions upon the nation’s public schools.
Maybe she thought by banning them she could get them all...

It’s all about asserting control over the most basic facets of the everyday lives of Americans to impose and enforce the “new normal” standards they make up.
If they control what you eat, they control about 50% of your life.
The message is get used to your new third world diet, your new third world wages and your new third world healthcare that your magnanimous and benevolent leaders wish to bestow upon you.
