Judge Who Punched Attorney Returning to Bench

We’re talking cross purposes here......
Of course the man has a right to a speedy trial.....
The attorney, in my opinion, came into that courtroom loaded for bear.....and the judge did not like his attitude!
The attorney set the tone for what followed.

This is the third article I've seen on this incident, and not one has mentioned why the Defense Attorney refused to waive the “right to a speedy trial”, or what the accusations were against the defendant.

I don't have audio right now, so it's of no use to tell me to listen to it.

Does anyone have a transcript?
And does anyone know what the charges were and/or what happened to the defendant?
