CHELSEA (CBS) – The national immigration crisis on the United States’ southern border is now impacting Massachusetts.
Tens of thousands of children have come across the border on their own in the past year. Many of them are now finding their way to communities around Boston.
Chelsea is ground zero for this wave of children, many undocumented immigrants, coming from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala.
“There’s been a dramatic increase for us from January of this year through the closing of schools which was last week,” says Chelsea Schools Superintendent Dr. Mary Bourque.

Chelsea is working class and has enough problems.

Because Texas knows how generous MA Democrats are, we will be happy to share several thousand new illiterates with you in the fall. Our schools are full, so residents in the other 49 states will have to make room for them.
Wait till next fall when the schools are buried under an avalanche of new non english speaking students who arrive over the winter.

I was driving on I-85 S through, passing through SC and passed an empty bus with a Texas company name and address and a Texas license plate. Figured it must be one of the petrie dish shuttles headed back to Texico for a refill.
‘Bout friggin’ time. These NE liberals in their white-bread enclaves haven’t a clue as to what we in Texas, AZ, etc have dealt with for over a decade.
They should be fed, treated for disease, clothed and dropped off in Mexico or Guatemala.
Or on Beacon Hill and in the Hamptons. Maybe in Brentwood.
All the illegals should be sent there...
