You said, “The rebate is simply a means of prohibiting federal taxation on spending for life essentials FOR EVERY AMERICAN. How is prohibiting federal taxation a bad thing?”
This Bill does not prohibit federal taxation.
I have read it the legislation multiple times and I know the architects of the legislation.
Children are people too you know? And it is their parents or guardians that will receive the rebate on their behalf.
What’s the issue with you? That rebate is made according to family size? So what? How else to untax the spending for children’s essentials?
Read the Bill, not the sales pitch.
The prebate is determined by family size and poverty level, and is paid to the family or if multiple persons in the family are registered to receive payment then the payment is divided evenly between those persons designated.
The bill does prevent taxing on essentials by providing the rebate. That’s the purpose of the rebate, to leave us all untaxed for essential spending.
What’s the issue with you? Can you not handle disagreeing without being disagreeable?
I have read the bill. I have never read Bootz’ book or other such sales pitches. I have personal direct contact with the original drafters of the legislation.
The rebate is determined by family size. It is not determined by their poverty level. The rebate is the same for Warren Buffett as it is for single people with no money or assets.
The prebate is a percentage of the poverty level as determined UNIFORMLY for all Americans through time and means tested formulas via DHHS and Census. The rebate is not tailored to each individual’s status. If you believe otherwise, then it is you who needs to read the legislation.
The legislation is accessible through this website:

Oh I see now you want to get personal. Generally that’s a sign that you’ve run out of arguments.
I’ll ask again regarding the rebate as determined according to family size, so what?
I want to get personal? You have got to be kidding. So far you have told me “I need to get out more often” that “I’m dense”, and “what’s [my] issue”.
Go find yourself a mirror.
