With a -2.9% GDP growth, vs last years 1st qtr of +2.6%, that is a -5.5% YoY number. It is impossible to turn that around in one quater, or even 4 quarters.

Couple that with skyrocketing food prices, obamacare cost inreases, the new EPA regs that will cause energy costs to necessarily skyrocket, and the coming gas price increases and this country is on a very dangerous path.

Yet the media, the dems and the GOP-e will act as if nothing is wrong and the purposefully ignorant citizenry will blame “evil corporations that are only interested in profiteering off the little guy” for this mess.....

We are headed down a very dangerous path....

How will the MSM spin this? Funemployment?

Like this, silly:

3 reasons not to freak out about -2.9% GDP

No, not ever.

This is a full blown economic depression and has been since 2008.

Actual unemployment has been north of 20% for years and is growing as new workers enter the job market and remain unable to find work.

If they are college graduates who did not previously count or they are HS graduates who did not previously work, they will not count. And, the given up workers who have lost unemployment benefits, they will not count.

We are in a Great Depression and all the lies and fabrications and hiding data behind phony samplings will not change the facts.

Knock on any door. Ask your neighbors. And food and energy costs—skyrocketing.

Yes we are screwed by the Alinskyites in DC working for Obama.

Look for more regulation, higher taxes, business foreclosures, home foreclosures, homelessness and welfare assistance to skyrocket as well.

America is wounded animal laying on its side bleeding out from a fatal shot through the lungs. Panting, unable to breathe, eyes glazing over, already in shock, about to transpire.

Or not.

I just have my own observations and they will never be reported.

We could survive the kenyan but we cannot survive the parasites and the evil of stupidity demonstrated by every, not just a few, but everyone who voted for Obama is evil.

The leftist media, try as hard as they can, cannot 'talk' the economy up.

Yeh what could go wrong? Why is anybody surprised at these numbers? In 5.5. years the Muzzie POS and his buddies have not proposed even one thing to improve the job market or the economy. How could it get better?
