The federal government has gotten so big that it dictates what kind of light bulbs we use, what kind of toilets we buy, what kids eat for lunch, and it searches us illegally when we travel. It trains police as if they were military (a drastically different skill set), with the result that an innocent American is killed every day by a hyper-vigilant police force.
The government is engaged in open-ended, endless wars, and actually arms the same terrorists that it has fought (al-Nusra, ISIS). The banks are engaged in absolute criminal chicanery, and will never be held accountable. No government officials will ever be held accountable either, for anything. Crony capitalism and no-bid contracts rule K street. The government is absolutely lawless, and it appears that we have no redress.
