RAND PAUL CALLS FOR AN 'EXPANDED WORK VISA PROGRAM'
Breitbart ^ | June 23, 2014

Posted on 06/22/2014 11:21:18 AM PDT by Jim Robinson

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press," Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) warned conservatives when it comes to immigration reform the party needs to “get beyond” the term amnesty and move the focus to border security and work visas. The Kentucky Republican said, "I don't think any immigration reform will get out of Washington. I do think there is a path to a secure border and an expanded work visa program."

“I think that everyone needs to be for some form of immigration reform because the status quo is untenable," he continued. "So I consider myself a bridge to conservative community because I’m about as conservative as they come, a little libertarian too ... If we do nothing, 11 million more people will come illegally, so we have to do something.”

Rand Paul leans libertarian if not a real one in the sheeps clothing. Libertarians are for open borders, the free movement of people and goods. No real sovereignty in other words.

I cannot vote for Rand Paul. His foreign and national security policies are as goofy as his father’s.

ps:

actually, there are (as previously noted) a few very specialized jobs available (presumably American citizens will be considered?)

just a very few, things like biochemist and statistician and computer war games coder.....

however, I have finally managed to find a job advert for a position (hopefully a “top” level one?) that I could do very well indeed .... (but alas, the website is defective and won’t let you link to the page where tis position is described more completely).... but anyway, going just by the title... I have finally found a promising job in the USA !! see what you think...

But there are so many cool new characters to add now.

Yes...you're right. You have a lot of work to do: 435 house members, 100 senators, this administration, all the agencies and departments, 5 taliban, ISIS, and a pile of dog sh#$%.

Re: “If the border is not controlled all else is just hot wind.”

The border is only half the problem.

Legal immigration is just as destructive, and probably worse.

In 2014 we issued or renewed about 1 million work visas, most of them for low skill or medium skill labor.

In 2014 we issued 1 million new Green Cards, most of them to low skill family members of immigrants already living in the USA.

New “Asylum” seekers now number almost 100,000 per year.

Finally, in 2014 we naturalized 750,000 new citizens.

80% of them will vote for the Democrat Party.

“So I consider myself a bridge to Demonrat community because I’m about as Libtardian as they come, a little moron too ...’

Fixed it for him.

Secure the border. Then, and maybe then, come up with other ideas. As it is, the flood of illegal immigrants are creating a permanent underclass, an oversupply of cheap labor, and providing the votes to empower permanent Democrat party statism. Stop it now, Rand.

Not a wise idea at all. Besides, illegal immigrants are more likely to be on government subsidies than be working on farms.

Those people did not come across our southern border.

We need a work/visa program, but ONLY if the country we are accepting applications from offers the same exact deal to American citizens.

Equal or no deal

This is a treaty issue and needs to be handled as a treaty issue with all other countries.

ha!
the job could possibly be of interest if it were a “top” level position

and depending on what kind of clientele the successful applicant is expected to “serve”

What all these elected idiots don’t seem to get is we have no reason to trust them. Build the wall. Deport by the millions. Then we can talk. Anything short of that we may as well drop our pants and bend over for another dose of betrayal.

That’s exactly right.

And how many of those come from countries that would not allow American citizens a work visa to work in their country or to become permanent residents in their country or to become citizens of their country if they wanted?

Libtardian is the correct term.

There is a reason that Libtardians can’t get elected unless they lie about the party they belong to.

Give a Libtardian a big sack of dope to smoke with his queer boyfriend, and you could get them to vote for Karl Marx!
