Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continues to tour the nation, promoting her new book, Hard Choices, and a possible 2016 candidacy.
Her book tour, filled with gaffes and missteps, has lagged and perhaps failed to live up to expectations. But that's not all. Her book, when compared to former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's political memoir, Going Rogue, has woefully underperformed in sales.
And it’s pretty cut and dried.
Palin's book, which was released the same year President Obama moved into the White House, sold approximately 496,000 copies in its first week of release, according to figures cited by the New York Times. That’s almost half a million copies in one week.
In contrast, Clinton, with all her softball interviews and a massive amount of free publicity from an excited press, sold only 100,000 copies from its Tuesday release through Saturday, Politico reported.

Most of her sales were bought by unions like her beard husband’s book.
Yep. Fewer of their people read. They don’t have to because teevee tells them all they need to know.
Most books that liberals write end up being bought by union heads and given away as gifts to their members. After that I would bet most of those books end up in a landfill or used for killing cockroaches
Maybe because people woud rather read truth than fiction when it comes to biographical memoirs?

No doubt the evil Koch brothers bought half of Sarah’s books. Seems like not many people are busting their butts to get the book by the hildebeast.
Wait until the school year starts up in August.
I’m sure high schools nationwide will assign it as reading for “civics” class.
...and Palin’s book was ignored/dumped on by the media while Hillary’s was glorified.
