Hillary Clinton might be the prohibitive favorite for the 2016 Democratic nomination, but Americans are equally divided about voting for her, a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll finds.
According to the results of the survey released on Wednesday, 38 percent of registered American voters say they would vote for Clinton if she decides to run, while 37 percent said they would "definitely" oppose her.
“She is perceived to be such a massively skilled politician," Republican pollster Bill McInturff said in a release accompanying the poll. "Voters worry that if she’s really such a political animal, can you really trust her?”
The results suggest a deeply partisan divide exists when it comes to a Clinton candidacy. Among registered Democrats, 75 percent say they would vote for Clinton. But 70 percent of Republicans and 40 percent of independents say there’s “no chance” they would vote for her.

Hillary’s lack of popularity can be overcome by poll spiking and when she runs for prez a lot of vote fraud will put her in the WH. She will have to be complicit in committing crimes to become top criminal of the US. Crime is her thing, it has gotten her where she is today.
Not to worry about Hillary’s low poll numbers. She will grow on dissenters. Like a fungus!

really? massively skilled? by whom? Washington insiders?
being a capable liar does not make one a skilled politician. At least one hopes that isn’t the only qualification.
The Democrats won the last two presidential elections by running a candidate that people felt sorry for. They will keep running that play until it doesn’t work.
Do people feel sorry for Hillary? The response to her “we were broke” statement shows that people don’t feel sorry for her.
I would look for a different candidate from the Democrats.
She’s been out of the limelight for a year and a half already, and can only get 37% support.
Wait till the public sees her for another year and a half - more gaffes, misstatements, corrections, insulting the interviewers, hiding behind pallets of water bottles .... her numbers can only go down, the more we see.
