Did Nigeria even ASK for our help? How many other countries are joining us in this or are we unilaterally going into a foreign country? How will it be paid for? Why use a War Powers Act if the mission is not war related? American citizens want to know and Congress should have been consulted first. Obama only continues to act like a dictator.
