Got that right. They come in handy.
There isn’t one.
AHHH the good ol’ days when the plastic bag saved us from deforestation and spotted owl extinction.
Man, does that mean that I have to go read digging to even know what the designation of the proposed bill is to know what's in it?
Will it be a felony to provide plastic bags?
Will I be arrested if I bring my own plastic bags with me to the store?
Will there be a plastic bag registry?
Will it be punishable by SWAT teams with automatic weapons and armored personnel carriers?
Will Obama allow targeted drones against violators?
So many unanswered questions.
So little time...
We used ours totally as doggy poop bags, to line the paper shopping bags in the kitchen for recyclable items that might be wet when discarded (we rinse plastic and aluminum food containers) "drop cloths" for painting or washing small areas, etc.
...single-use plastic bags...
****************************
Single-use? They have a multitude of uses after the groceries are removed.
And list possible 2nd-use hints on the bags:
- Make-shift ski mask (great for visits to the bank)
- Emergency condom (boast to your friends that you "super-sized")
- Kite (add a few feet of dental floss and you have instant fun)
etc...etc...etc...
