I think most people realize that everything in moderation is the way to go....regarding smoking, eating fruits/meat/veggies and exercise. It’s the luck of the draw on what will just turn on that cancer switch. You can eat and exercise as perfect as posssible...but if you were exposed to too much Sun, car exhaust, chemicals, air conditioning (benzine)pesticides.......it’s all over.
