Illegal aliens across America are committing FRAUD by filing tax returns with an IRS "ITIN" number, and listing children as dependents who live in MEXICO -- or who don't exist at all!. This fraud is costing taxpayers an insane $4.2 BILLION PER YEAR. In addition, these are FELONY crimes - yet the Feds do NOTHING to stop it. And Harry Reid and his Senate Democrats just defeated an attempt to STOP this fraud, in order to save $6 billion in cuts to disabled veterans.

They put their lives in danger, jeopardy spending hours in hot, airless transporters, paying hard-working people their very life-savings to help them enter our country through holes in the border fences and who end up doing jobs no one else wants, working practically hours every other day or so at the new higher minimum wage.
What these people do to live free and democratic, the sacrifices they make spending hours, even days in the back of car trunks for something you don't seem to understand!! They do it for love! That's right, LOVE, EL, O, VEE, EEE! And you want to deprive them of the very same thing you enjoy. That's because you're racist.

And then you've got the good Americans, like Nancy Pelosi who end up washing the feet of aliens.

That’s why they can walk into TX car dealerships after EIC checks are received with $30,000 cash in their pocket to buy a new pickup truck. So kind of us taxpayers to make that possible….and the corrupt IRS, of course.

Stolen social security numbers. It's an huge corrupt industry that is ignored.
I ran into this criminal enterprise while doing some friends' tax return a couple of years ago and was notified during electronic filing that the social security numbers had already been used to file a tax return. It was an eye-opener.
These “acts of love” come with a price, I see.
Always seems that those that just might fit the profile of “illegal immigrant” tend to drive the nicest trucks.

The unfortunate, but undeniable, fact is that the IRS and the Obama Regime do NOT want to stop this practice. They want to encourage illegals to come to, and remain in, the United States.
Because there is an actual legal way that illegal aliens can file taxes and get EITC and everything else available to American citizens. It is called an ITIN.

Congress might consider rewriting the tax law regarding the Child Care Credit to require a letter from a U.S. Licensed doctor about the child’s health status (and whereabouts or even existence) during the year of the filing. While there are enough docs who’d happily commit fraud, they’d also assume the liability and penalties when/if shown to have committed fraud. Such a requirement would certainly make folks think twice about making a fraudulent claim.
And, I didn't get one thank you for foot'n the bill. WTF?
Wouldn’t work. There are plenty of Hispanic doctors in the corruption ring to get these people their fake credentials. Look at how many “doctors” wrote “sick notes” for the protesting Wisconsin teachers, after all.
