April 15 – German company RWE AG has started reverse delivery of gas through Poland to Ukraine. According to the agreement the volume of supplied gas may amount to 10 billion cubic meters per year.

April 15 – Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has identified the leader of Russian subversive group, which is operating in Sloviansk. He is Igor Strelkov, the citizen of Russian Federation and special squad officer of Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. SSU has started criminal inquiry regarding the fact of the ordering of intentional murder by Strelkov and "committing the actions in the detriment of sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, carrying out sabotage and subversion actions and organizing mass riots in the eastern regions of our country".

April 15 – Security Service of Ukraine has determined that the assets of a Russian bank were used to finance terrorist groups in Eastern Ukraine, informed SSU.[...] It was also established that every day the bank transferred from 200 to 500 USD to payment cards issued to the members of these terrorist groups.

April 15 – A man who was wearing camouflage clothing and in Horlivka, Donetsk oblast presented himself as Russian lieutenant-colonel from Simferopol, who was also leading the militia in the whole city, turned out to be a local criminal and his surname is Bezlei.

Actually, he was confirmed as a Reserve Officer of Russian Intelligence, and operating as an agent of GRU.
Which does not preclude him from being a local crook :)

No surprise there.


Another blog claims Bezlei is “a former lieutenant colonel in Spetsnaz, and the manager of security for the Horlivka-based candidates, ‘Team Shakhov’.”

Multiple languages have always created internal conflicts.
Canada has it’s Quebec separatists, France has similar problem, and USA is brewing a future problem by allowing bi-lingual. There must be only one official language in order to foster unity and avoidance of internal conflicts.
