...

Republican bill sponsor Rep. Kelly Townsend of Mesa says she was inspired by the battle between the city of Tombstone and the federal government over access to repair its water supply system in the Coronado National Forest. She says local authorities should have the right to go in where needed without being granted approval first in cases of emergency.

Don’t ask. Just do it. The land belongs to Arizona. The Feds are the trespassers.

Kinda pricey now, I guess because of the Bundy controversy:

Review comment at site: “This is one of the most important books of our day. Not well known, but it should be; if most of us were not so apathetic. This is written by a recently deceased Rancher from Nevada, Wayne Hage, who fought the Centralized Powers (D.C.), who were not originally intended to have the power we’ve allowed.”

It is galling to see the federal Gestapo go after a rancher for his cows eating federal grass...while millions of illegals have snuk across the borders and Harry Reid and president Zero wants to give them amnesty?

Where is justice and sense of proportion?

“......allow cities and towns to enter restricted federal land without permission in emergencies.”...

Who and what defines “emergencies”? I don’t see this going to far unless clearly defined.
