BREAKING: New Emails Show Lerner Contacted DOJ About Prosecuting Tax Exempt Groups

According to new IRS emails obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request from Judicial Watch, former head of tax exempt groups at the IRS Lois Lerner contacted the Department of Justice in May 2013 about whether tax exempt groups could be criminally prosecuted for “lying” about political activity.

Interesting that Democrats were claiming that there wasn’t involvement by the WH. Only the DOJ for now and nothing yet, but I bet if they keep poking around, they’ll find some level of collusion.

Too bad, there isn’t a whistle blower somewhere. Who knows, maybe Lerner will turn states evidence as she sees the case against her building.
