I don’t hear historically Black colleges complaining that there are too few whites in their colleges, or Asians, etc. The administration has taken too many seminars in ‘white privilege’

President Shepard equates a "white" student body and faculty to "failure."

It's more a matter of: "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink".

Despite affirmative action, and the many other government programs to get Blacks and other minorities to rise above their lowly status, the general conditions and environment in which they live, hasn't been materially affected or changed.

Motivation and dignity and respect and honor, don't come from government programs which just give things to people. If all of the blacks in high school were to be given scholarships to attend that colleges, no matter how they scored in school, the failure rate would still be the same, or close to it. The professor should not even be teaching, because he fails to understand why people fail or succeed. The professor may not be advocating for quotas in attendance, but, he's close to it. And quotas won't change who succeeds or fails.

What is the name of the historically black college in Georgia that has a grand total of 18 students now?

It was in the news just a month or so ago.

It hasn’t worked out so well for them.
