Cruz is 100% is correct. There is no need for brown shirts in a free society. That is what the FBI is for. This is where the communists take over a government and dictatorship start. The maximum weapon should be a side arm for certain agencies for public protection for these 48 agencies.

It’s becoming obvious the Bundy’s have the huge majority of the American people supporting them...Watch for talk show invites...

No doubt all kinds of politicians running for office will try to fly into the ranch wearing flannel shirts, for hand shaking photos with the Bundy’s....cow branding photo ops..Followed by steak dinners.

Then again the BLM could hold a swat style night raid operation at the ranch and slaughter them and all their supports who are camped out.

My question to the Reids, You have been supporting anarchy since the 08 election and enabling it, with picking and choosing which laws to enforce. Tell me how weaponizing and creating Obama Brownshirts out of all of our goverment agencies is’nt tyranny!

A country cannot exist without the of law, but even if Bundy is grazing on public land, there is no harm being done. There may be a violation of a regulation here, but the libertarian in me says the BLM should “just look the other way”. If every federal rule violator were held to the same standard there woudln’t be an empty courtroom or jail cell in the country.

Farmers and ranchers were the first “environmentalists” after all - there’s nothing that sharpens your awareness of the land than to depend on it for your very existence. So, Mr. Bundy isn’t damaging the public land, he’s not committing any crime, he’s just disobeying a federal rule that was created by a bureaucrat in Washington DC. Regulations have to be balanced with equity and common sense.
