The media's version of the end of the Bundy Ranch siege is that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) simply "left" the ranch and "returned" the cattle out of the goodness of their hearts. CBS News even outrageously reported that the BLM "released the cattle to help restore order and avoid violence"! This despite widely-seen video of BLM thugs tasing Bundy's son and shoving a pregnant woman to the ground. And the protesters never threatened violence in any way during the nearly one-week siege.
The real story was that the BLM refused to give back the cattle, and would not leave the property or disarm, to which they had agreed. The result was an epic standoff that reporter David Knight described as being like “something out of a movie.”

I wouldn't be surprised if they had a duty schedule, in-place supply and quartering, a well-laid logistics plan and contingency consideration.

I certainly wouldn’t want to go up against a bunch of guys who spend their free time exploding prairie dogs at 500 yards.
A lot of these BLM people are going to find themselves without work over the next few months. They have failed the "Willing to shoot unarmed American citizens test" that so many of our high ranking military officers have also failed in the last 5 years.

When a person is ashamed of what they are doing they try to hide their identity one way or another, even faking a birth record.
I think a reason the BLM backed off is they could not trust their hired goons to stand up to freedom loving Americans.
They are. In Kiev. So why should they expect to impose anything on the rest of the country without a popular vote?
At this point, it seems that eastern and southern Ukraine also have local freedom fighters.
The air space was closed for a 3mi radius around the ranch, up to an altitude of 3000 feet. That was reliably reported on FR. It was for the express purpose of keeping the media in check; the only media presence was three TV affiliate vans located at the BLM compound, under their direct control.
We were told in the beginning that if we wanted to keep our freedom that we would have to be eternally vigilant of those we give our public trust to. Unfortunately we have entrusted that vigilance into the hands of a turncoat media and now we find ourselves worse off than we were in 1775. Those who support our big government are the "New Tories".

What kills me is that those federalists, who were almost overwhelmingly white, were fighting their own Christian brothers and sisters.

Notice that the BLM thug at the gate wanted for ‘only Bundy and his sons’ to come in and rest to leave. Good thing they didn’t do it! BLM brownshirts thought they would be stupid enough to walk into that kind of arrest trap?
I think, not only could they not trust their hired goons to stand up to freedom loving Americans, but they may have been worried, that a few of the hired goons, here and there, might be freedom loving Americans too, and some of them might be persuaded to change sides.
