Love, Special Agent in Charge of Region 3 of the BLM and Guerilla Media Network radio host Pete Santilli, serving in the role as a communications liaison between the armed citizen protesters and the BLM.
In this recording, you can hear Daniel Love and Pete Santilli discussing life-and-death confrontations, during which Santilli says Daniel Love and the Sheriff of the county will be arrested if they do not uphold their oath to the United States Constitution.

Whew weeeee ... I remember hearing of an FBI Agent that told his supervisors (can’t call ‘em superiors) that he did not sign up for this where the Constitution would not be upheld and protection would not take place against all enemies foreign and domestic. That FBI Agent resigned because he could not violate his Oath to the People. Seems so many want to violate their oaths or know not what their oaths were when spoken.

Citizens can make a citizen's arrests. Is Dan Love saying that he would resist arrest.
However, if the citizen is wrong in making the arrest, then there are civil and possible criminal consequences.

I don’t think it was the confrontation. It was the revelation in the media of the link between Harry Reid and the Chinese company that wants the land to build a solar energy farm. It sounds like Harry called the BLM real fast and said shut it down - for now.

I think there two major reasons that they backed down. The obvious one was Reid. But the other reason was Holy Week. Just think of the way this could have been portrayed if there was bloodshed the week. Good Friday massacre perhaps?
Yes, I would like to know where the real American politicians were, they had a great chance to stand up in the face of government corruption, yet I heard crickets.
I don’t think this is over yet either, I ask people around where I live here if they knew how close US came to a shooting war yesterday, nobody knows what I’m talking about except one guy said the rancher owed a bunch of money and was illegally on federal land. You are correct. All the little maggots that work the alphabet agency such as EPA,TSA, Dept of Education, and all the little nazis that now have weapons and “special forces” to enforce water/fowl/environment/truancy/homeschooling etc... they WANT a showdown. The WANT the citizens to get fed up and SHOOT somebody in order to clamp down and destroy the patriots.
Please try not to let agent provocateurs and federal agents that infiltrate organizations to get anybody to talk about violence. Take names and photos. Find out who the loudest and most aggressive violent agitators are and I”m sure you’ll find a fed plant or crazy person. Stay within the law.
Remember , they WANT the patriots to KILL an agent in order to inflame the bureaucracy and label all patriots murderers. It’s how they’ve denied and hid the fact that the government and police forces are OUT OF CONTROL and shoot, kill and wound civilians in numbers far disproportionate to what is happening to them.

I’m afraid you’re right. I think that patriots are going to have to start coming up with ideas like voting in the correct sheriffs and having them provide legal protection on the local level. Any sheriff with fed connections should be suspect.
I think Santelli did a great job and held his own. This will happen again, and if we ever have the same conversation between the patriot and the Fed thug, in addition to discussing the constitution, it would be very telling to appeal to the conscience and moral bearing of the next Dan Love. Santelli was getting close to doing this at times.
Ask the next Dan Love if he wants to be remembered as the patriot killer, or if his family will know him, like it or not, as a government assassin. How would he like to be known as Dan Love the murderer of the Palm Sunday massacre.
If Dan Love defends his actions by insisting on the execution of an unquestioned and righteous court order, then Dan Love is really not needed in this situation. So if Dan Love is not needed to think, it stands to reason that a drone strike and robots would be much more efficient. That’s probably the plan next time.

This is the wrong hill to die on folks. While I agree that there needs to be significant watering of the tree of liberty, we should wait for when a clear constitutional violation comes to pass.

Yes, I believe there will be another. Guys that put that much stock in their own self-image don't back down. He will go off someplace else, on someone else if he doesn't get another crack at Bundy. (which he is no-doubt, 100% guaranteed to be lobbying his superiors for right now)
We haven't heard the last of Mr. Love, and when we hear about him again, it isn't going to be good, there's probably going to be a body count associated with it.
