Did a court order BLM to seize the cattle, or was that a threat issued by the court pending further action?

"The ruling again would allow BLM law enforcement agents to remove feral cattle and cattle with Bundy’s brand from the Gold Butte area, which has been designated as habitat reserved for the protected desert tortoise."

Bundy claimed he didn't recognize the Fed's claim.

These were questionable arbitrary rules in the first place and this is how the environmentalists role. You don’t change the rules in the middle of the game.
