Did a court order BLM to seize the cattle, or was that a threat issued by the court pending further action?

From the article:
"The ruling again would allow BLM law enforcement agents to remove feral cattle and cattle with Bundy’s brand from the Gold Butte area, which has been designated as habitat reserved for the protected desert tortoise."

Bundy claimed he didn't recognize the Fed's claim.

No friend of the BLM here, just trying to air everything so we don't get blind-sided.

These were questionable arbitrary rules in the first place and this is how the environmentalists role. You don’t change the rules in the middle of the game. We give too much power to political hacks to administratively change laws for some politicians gains. That is why we are calling B.S. on the turtle gig.

Now let them enforce it.
