Irony: Chinese Solar deal could start next American revolution at Bundy ranch
Pure Energy Systems News ^ | 4/12/14 | Sterling D. Allan

A heated situation in Nevada -- standoff between 140-year homesteading family rancher Cliven Bundy -- and BLM, apparently has its origin with a sweetheart $5 billion deal between Senator Harry Reed and the Chinese to put solar panels and manufacturing on the land.

I would imagine that most of you have been following the events taking place at the Bundy ranch in Nevada, USA, which are escalating into a tinder box that could foment the next American revolution, pitting patriots who believe in the Constitution against the tyrants who have been usurping freedom in the nation for decades.

Each day, the situation gets more tense. The heavily armed BLM Feds, some 200 strong, have used contractor rangers (with a mercenary reputation) to round up Bundy's cattle, separating mothers from calves, causing them to die, chasing cattle with helicopters to drive them to exhaustion. The feds are destroying the watering infrastructure that has been in place for 140 years, are taking down road signs about the cattle and cattle guard crossings; are pointing sniper riffles as the assembled protesters; have thrown a pregnant lady to the ground; have tased and arrested several people, including Bundy family members; have set up then removed "free speech zones" (as if any such designation is not applicable anywhere in the country); and generally are acting extremely imperious, trying to intimidate the gathering crowds.

Meanwhile, patriots from around the country have begun to arrive in support of Bundy, including several militia groups, who are not afraid to fire their weapons if needed. They are reinforced by local ranchers who are tired of the strong-arm tactics of the BLM that have been driving many of them out of business over the last few decades.

>>A most interesting paragraph:

“One thing that needs to be remembered here is that the BLM has been serving to provide collateral for foreign debt for decades. And now, it seems the foreign holders of those notes want more than just a piece of paper. They want access to the land they own.”<<

I had forgotten about that side of the issue. I think that is that is keeping our dollar afloat at this moment.

It was county land--not BLM land. It was local government that sold county-owned property. Many local governments in the West like to own much property.

Bundy on the radio said he was paying - or wanted to pay - grazing rights to the local government, not the BLM. But other information I heard I thought indicated that this is Bundy’s land. So wonder how the BLM got involved?

America has been for sale to foreign enemies ever since the Clinton administration. If we ever get an honest government again, they could spend years just building criminal charges against the hundreds of Dem crooks-and some pubbies- selling us out every day. Missouri had a similar scandal over a Chinese company in mid-Missouri. A gold mine, they said. At the behest of the Dem governor, taxpayers forked over a lot of money and when nothing happened, the questions started coming relentlessly. Then the company folded. The execs got paid handsomely, but the taxpayers were left holding the bag.

Once they're in office, our elected leaders have no further need of the citizens.

Ranchers can pay grazing fees to use national forests and BLM lands. The fee is a little less than $1.50 per head per month there, if I remember correctly. But that’s probably not the real issue.

Compare that to the story that very few have wanted to talk about in political circles.

Long ago, I worked for a manufacturing company that paid a lease of $1 (per year?) on a large lot and large buildings in a large city. The local government there wanted the revenues.

Even many local, rural governments don’t want revenues from that kind of business any more, so they have zoning laws against any manufacturing, no matter how small (called “male” jobs by Democrats). They stick to trying to get federal funding, revenues from tourism, property taxes, etc. (called “women’s jobs” by Democrats). It’s not really about feminism, though. Along with the anti-family laws and policies, the regulations keep the riff-raff in flux and from rising to compete.

Still another reason to move the Govt out of DC. Keep them home so we can watch them. They don’t accomplish anything in DC they can’t do by Internet, except Party and take bribes.
