A 16-year-old punk accused of killing an Indiana man during an apparent robbery smirked and laughed in front of a pack of news cameras as he walked into a courtroom on Thursday.
The hard-hearted teen, Simeon Adams, joked with another inmate as he was led before a judge at a Marion County courthouse to face a slew of charges in the senseless murder of Nathan Trapuzzano on April 1.
Prosecutors say Adams put a gun to Trapuzzano, 24 — who was expecting a daughter next month with his newlywed bride — and ordered him behind a tire store in Indianapolis, where he shot him twice in the stomach and killed him.

You’re making a big assumption there with the plural parents. I’d be really surprised if there was a dad in his life, or even a granddad for that matter. Multi-generations of single mothers doesn’t have a good result.

Some foot kicking, loosing your bowels, neck swinging executions would put some fear in these punks (white, black, pink, purple - I don’t care) who know they’ll just get locked up, 3 squares a day, medical care, probably have access to drugs, gyms to work out in, still have their jail house homies/gangs .... the sight of a rope and trap door would likely wipe the smirk off that punk’s face.

and to add insult to injury, the SC ruled it is not legal to now either execute or store one of these “teen” animals away for life. Frankly, if it were my son or brother, this POS would serve his death sentence the day he was released, on the walkway out of prison. (OO and there they go).
His probation officer just resigned. The thug had already racked up 13 parole violations the PO didn’t report to the court.

I noticed the name of the perp and I came here specifically because his name suggests we finally found us a white guy that acts this way. I wanted to see his picture.
Apparently my search must continue.
The probation officer, Tracy McDonald, most likely was scared to death of this guy.
As it turned out, sadly he was right on the “scared” part but derelict in his duty.
Not that “duty” counts any more to about half our population.
During the week of the murder this cretin had robbed a gun store, shot another man, murdered the father and was shot himself. In the month prior to that he was arrested for grand theft auto and resisting arrest, while charges for gun and drug possession were dropped. He was given home detention which he violated nine times. He had an additional nine parole violation, three school suspensions and one failure to perform court ordered activities, all within a month and a half prior to the murder and no one did a thing to him. He should have been locked away long before the shooting.
I bet if Obama had a son he would......well you know.

Your sane proposal forgets that we no longer have the strength to hurt even a fly much less hang a criminal. With the increasing frequency of these type of attacks we are paying the price for the doctrines of “love,” “forgiveness,” “tolerance,” “room at the table,” “the big tent and last but not least “Our Diversity Is Our Strength.” People forget the nature of the material upon whom we are devoting the aforementioned emotions.
