Yes that is one part of what he is doing, but here is so much more that I have trouble recalling it all. Just tonight Megyn Kelly told about the IRS withholding refunds in payment for old debts or over payments to family members by government agencies. There is the huge jump in immigration frm Central America a and the Illegal alien prisoners that Obama released. There is the listing of two birds as threatened that could shut down oil and gas drilling in 5 western states. There is Common Core, that Arnie Dncan is now backing away from and is now blaming on state governors like Jeb Bush.
If you confine your definition to only unions, your definition of corrupt will fall short. I think corrupt is more accurate, but let me add another line.

I know you are kidding about this but my opinion is they will not use nukes because they have more than enough fire power and air superiority to win.
On a serious matter, if they need to use nukes to “win”, then that is what they will do. The most important thing is the survival of the government.
For example, I believe the govt. is relatively well prepared to survive a nuclear exchange with Russia, an asteriord hit, an EMP attack or a massive solar flare.
As for the citizens, well that is just too bad. If the government survives then America can always repopulate and rebuild.
And in no circumstances will disobedience of the law of the government be allowed. The very existence of govt. depends on obedience. And yes they will use nukes on people to assure it.
