BOMBSHELL REPORT: Sen. Harry Reid Behind BLM Land Grab of Bundy Ranch (freerepublic credited)

The Bureau of Land Management, whose Director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.

Corrupt Democratic Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) working with the Chinese gov’t to take land from hard-working Americans.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

So ... it would be righteous to visit upon Harry Reid the same discomforts that are visited upon the good people at the Bundy Ranch ...

Interesting how the Fed’s exempted themselves from real estate taxes.

IMHO, not paying real estate taxes makes Fed not an “ordinary owner of land”.

Also, Article IV section 3,

“The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to prejudice any claims of the United States, or of any particular state.”

does not address land purchased or deeded over to the Fed gov AFTER a state has begun its statehood.

In other words, if say Fed gov comes to NJ, and buys up a 100-acre property, and puts a few office buildings on it, say taking up 15 acres. Now, are we saying that Fed gov would pay no NJ local property taxes... and... that Fed gov can draft its own laws governing those 100 acres - that supersede municipal, county and state laws covering those 100 acres ?

What if, for example, said 100 acres were near Morristown airport (a lot of small bus jet traffic), that Fed gov wants to put a heliport on its 100 acres and it would be dangerously close to the landing patterns of Morristown.

With the reasoning of Fed gov has no limits, it could authorize exemptions from its own FAA, DOT, etc., regulations, and simply override any local complaints, legal actions in NJ courts, etc.

Fed gov could build a lake on their 100 acres that, for example, because of the alterations to the water flow of the land, caused other areas to flood.

And no court in the land would give anyone any recourse if Article IV section 3 means that Fed gov can do as they please on land that Fed gov owns within the boundaries of any of the 50 states.

Congress could, but it seems exceeding unlikely Congress would.

The government paid 15 million for the land when it obtained it from Mexico. The government built roads, Hover dam, marinas, power distribution grids, docks ...

Any time government does such things, corruption invariably follows.

LOL, co-inka-dentally Harry Reid is lord of the Senate, so the Senate won’t.

IMHO, in serving the people, Congress is about as useful as teats on a bull.

It’s chock full of criminals who are there to legislate on behalf of globalist/bankster/whoremonger/slavemonger/war criminal types. In the Senate, Harry Reid is currently chief, so he considers Nevada his personal playground of corruption.

These people are all so evil they’re off the charts. And they’re just the minions of the really evil people.

Wickedness.

I differ with your tag — but only a little. We got to ask God to fix us first. Then we will be in a shape to work on problems outside of ourselves. It took a We The People to accept such evil.

I thought oil drilling companies paid the government a few million dollars to drill for oil? It wouldn't surprise me if the companies had to grease Dirty Harry to get permission to drill. I would be surprised if they didn't pay a bribe.

No.

You are absolutely right.

I always meant that in the sense of politicians are not going to “fix” anything.

But yes HTN, we know that the first step is always to pray.

And we must get right with God; we can’t come to him with bloody hands, right ?

God is not on the side of evil, wicked, unrepentant sinners.

Children of God will do as God commands...

Isaiah 1

“15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
21 How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers.
22 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water:
23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.
24 Therefore saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
25 And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:
26 And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.”

We should pray that God will destroy the wicked oppressors, and purge America of leaders that are corrupt and evil.

Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?

“How is the faithful city become a harlot.”

That says it in a nutshell.

The Lord lets us wallow in sin if we insist. But He sure won’t reward that.

A senator or congressman cannot be impeached. He can be expelled from his House of Congress by two-thirds of that House’s members.

True, but he could be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail.

And he should be.

Why can’t those Mormons get along with each other?

Edward Bunker founded Bunkerville in 1877. His wife Emily was the sister of Cliven Bundy’s great great grandfather Myron Abbott. Their granddaughter married Park Romney, great uncle of Mitt.

Well let’s face it, they get in everyone elses face. Thier silly “Occupy” movement commited crimes. They vandalized businesses and were for some reason allowed to do so.

If five Tea Party members have dinner at McDonald’s they get harrassed.

Yeppers. Myself the whole thing pegged my BS meter into the red when the BLM started claiming non payment of rent as the reason and such has been going on for 20 years.

It just doesn't pass the smell test.

If it was a simple matter of non-payment of rent Bundy would've been sent packing in short order.

The BLM has been playing games and now someone wants that land to make some big bucks so Bundy must leave for it to happen.

Usually such things are called "corruption" but in Federal Politics its called "business as usual"!...

Thanks again lowbridge!
