Republicans responded to news of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius' resignation from the Obama administration on Thursday with fresh calls to repeal the president's health care law.
Sebelius leaves the administration after the tumultuous launch of the Affordable Care Act exchanges last fall. Despite calls for her ouster from Republicans at the time, she stayed on until the enrollment period ended at the end of March.

In 2010 Taxpayers are extorted $500 million, in 2011, $750 million, 2012, $1 billion, 2013, $1.25 billion, 2014, $1.5 billion and in 2015 and on, $2 billion.

ACA SEC. 4002. PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND.
(a) PURPOSE. It is the purpose of this section to establish a Prevention and Public Health Fund (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Fund’’), to be administered through the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary, to provide for expanded and sustained national investment in prevention and public health programs to improve health and help restrain the rate of growth in private and public sector health care costs.
(b) FUNDING.—There are hereby authorized to be appropriated, and appropriated, to the Fund, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated—
(1) for fiscal year 2010, $500,000,000;
(2) for fiscal year 2011, $750,000,000;
(3) for fiscal year 2012, $1,000,000,000;
(4) for fiscal year 2013, $1,250,000,000;
(5) for fiscal year 2014, $1,500,000,000; and
(6) for fiscal year 2015, and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000.
(c) USE OF FUND.—The Secretary shall transfer amounts in the Fund to accounts within the Department of Health and Human Services to increase funding, over the fiscal year 2008 level, for programs authorized by the Public Health Service Act, for prevention, wellness, and public health activities including prevention research and health screenings, such as the Community Transformation grant program, the Education and Outreach Campaign for Preventive Benefits, and immunization programs.
(d) TRANSFER AUTHORITY.—The Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of may provide for the transfer of funds in the Fund to eligible activities under this section, subject to subsection (c).

THE PAPER TRAIL IS HUGE Sen Landrieu (Scumocrat-LA) sold her aye vote in what Forbes Magazine dubbed "The 'Louisiana Purchase" that included a massive $4.3 Billion to Landrieu.
FORBES REPORTED the Democrats’ nailed Landrieu’s support for Obamacare w/ a greenback bribe. Landrieu, critics believe, pledged her vote in exchange for some $200 million more additional federal funds for Louisiana. How $4.3 billion to Landrieu was attached to the Obamacare bill, and how Obama and Reid failed to catch and fix it, is yet annother indictment of the Obamacare atrocity. The payoff to Landrieu should be investigated as an indication of how EVERY Democrat came to vote for Obamacare.

BACKSTORY In the fall of 2009, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) was trying to get the necessary 60 Dimocrat votes to pass the Affordable Care Act. He needed every Dim on board, which gave waffling senators a great deal of leverage. In Landrieu's case, she connivingly saw that selling her aye vote could get her maybe $200 million federal dollars. Obama complied--- Reid chalked up another vote for Obamacare---and the $4.3 Landrieu giveaway was attached to the Obamacare bill.

Sebelius’ “botched rollout” actually helped Obama. A clean rollout would have exposed Obamacare earlier, for the overpriced, choice-reducing, lie-filled piece of socialist crap that it is.
Just got wife’s renewal form from United Healthcare in N.J.
Premium jumped from $428 to $1122. New deductible is $2500.
Form says increase necessary in order to become ACA compliant.
At least my 63 year-old wife, 25 years after having her tubes tied, is covered for maternity care. Not sure if her prostate is covered.

It does not matter where the money went. The thing is, it is all part of the cost of the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010”, a legalistic document whose sole purpose was to shift funds AWAY form those two claimed objectives of patient protection and affordable care.
It is easy enough to drizzle away sudden “windfalls” of money, just look at the history of a great majority of lottery winners. And $4.3 billion is easily dispersed, to no beneficial effect whatsoever, even in state as needy as Louisiana. Huey and Earl Long proved that long ago.
Guess THIS is why Harry Reid nixed the filibuster for nominations.
Otherwise Super Bowl LXXV would get played before her replacement would be confirmed.
STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE As far back as 2008, at the presidential debate in Nashville, Democrat candidate Obama advanced his signature plan that was ultimately enacted (by an historic straight Democrat party-line vote) into the "Affordable Care Act :
OBAMA: "No. 1, let me just repeat, if you’ve got a health care plan that you like, you can keep it. All I’m going to do is help you to lower the premiums on it. You’ll still have choice of doctor.”
Repeated over and over ---- with the promise that every American would be saving $2500.00 on healthcare costs.

Valerie Jarrett needs to go. Jarrett’s daughter was invovlved with the Obamacare website development firm.
Jarrett’s daughter of the Obama Care website fame is also linked to Michelle Obama.
From the looks of things, Obamacare was designed to cut the legs from under those who “had it too good” by making the choices necessary to buy their own insurance or get it through an employer.

Wouldn’t her replacement, Burwell, be the one who actually pulled the trigger on the government shutdown that the Dems love to blame on Republicans? If so, that could make for some interesting Q&A material during confirmation hearings.
